We strive to live up to our motto "Making Everyone Smile one Gift Basket at a Time!" BEFORE posting a negative review or social media comment, PLEASE call Nancy at (479) 872-8721 or email Nancy@SweetBouquets.net. We will make every reasonable effort to make you and your recipient SMILE.

We have a 3-day replacement policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving or delivery of your gift basket to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, your gift basket must be nearly "as delivered", with all merchandise items (such as toys, balloons, containers and signs) included and most food items unopened and unconsumed.

Damages and issues
If your recipient tells you the gift basket was damaged or unacceptable contact us immediately! If the gift basket is defective, damaged or if we deliver the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-replaceable items
Stolen or missing gift baskets are not eligible for free replacement if our delivery method was approved by you verbally or in writing.

If we cannot hand deliver directly to the recipient then we will contact you for instructions. With your approval we may leave the gift basket unattended in a doorway or porch. We may also entrust it to a co-worker, reception desk, housemate or hotel concierge with your verbal or written permission. We often have photographic proof of these types of deliveries; these pictures may be used to confirm your gift basket was delivered per your instructions.

We will advise you if we believe weather conditions may damage your gift basket. No replacement will be offered if you approve hand delivery or shipping despite our cautions. No deliveries will be made under dangerous weather conditions. Gift baskets containing chocolates will not be exposed to high heat delivery or shipping conditions. Delays cause by said conditions are will not be compensated or replacements offered.


Gift Baskets Shipped Outside our Hand-delivery Area
We very carefully package our gift baskets for shipping. If your recipient tells you the gift basket delivered by commercial carrier is damaged or unacceptable contact us immediately! We will trace the shipping for you and file claims if the carrier damages the gift basket. If we shipped the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right too.
