We LOVE to hand deliver out gift baskets because the WOW reaction makes us very happy!
Please request a delivery date and time, we will do our best to comply. While we "do our best", we cannot guarantee delivery times due to weather, traffic conditions and high sales volume (especially Valentine's Day and other holidays).
Be sure to include a recipient phone number, correct delivery address and any special instructions i.e. front door, side door etc. If there is no answer at door or phone we may call you to seek permission to leave the gift basket at the address.

Our Gift Baskets can be shipped to the continental 48 states! ***
We very carefully cello wrap your gift, then box it with lots of cushioning fill so it arrives in best condition. We'll send you tracking numbers so you can follow the delivery from our store to their door.
*** Temperature-sensitive foods and beverages, like chocolates and soda bottles cannot be shipped during temperature extremes. We will advise you about temperature stable alternatives for your gift.
Are delivery times guaranteed?
Yes, except for high volume periods** Shipments are guaranteed for Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Overnight and Saturday. If our shipping service misses the delivery then we will refund the shipping on your gift basket. Please know that if the recipient is not home and was unable to deliver the package, this does not qualify as missing the delivery. Also, circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters and so forth void the delivery guarantee. We run over 99% on time so trouble with shipping is a very infrequent event.

What if we get an incorrect or incomplete address?
If we ship a gift basket to an incorrect address then it will be returned to us. Unfortunately, our shipping service charges us a flat $15 fee to return the package, which we must in turn charge you. Once a gift basket with an incorrect or incomplete address has left the building there is little we can do. Our shipping service does not always call us to tell us that there is a problem delivering your gift basket and we often do not find out there is a problem until the package is returned. In these rare instances, we ask for your patience and promise in return to do everything in our power to make sure your gift basket arrives in perfect condition and as soon as humanly possible.
Can I send a package internationally?
